I think, for me, the most important thing is
that your team is aligned towards a common
vision. If you've got that, you're golden.
A lot of business leaders talk about this
or that, but from my experience, it comes
down to having a talented, motivated, aligned
team. And I've tried really hard over the
years to maintain that.
When I was working at Microsoft, one of
the project managers came to me and asked
if their team was working on the right thing.
That was when I knew I had made a mistake.
